Session Details
LEAP Long-Term Care is interprofessional, facilitated online learning program that focuses on the essential competencies to provide a palliative care approach, with case studies and webinars contextualized to the long-term care setting.
Who these sessions are for:
All health care professionals (e.g., nurses, pharmacists, social workers, home care nurses, etc.) as well as personal support workers (PSWs) or care aides working in long-term care and nursing homes.
Participants will:
- Acquire the skills to provide a palliative care approach with LEAP Long-Term Care (online)
- Access tools and resources in palliative and end-of-life care
- Earn your annual learning credits
- Learn from Canada’s top palliative care experts and local leaders
