Quentin Evans
TreasurerBiographical Info
Quentin feels genuinely grateful for the opportunity to become further rooted in the NSMHPCN network as a member of the board. As a volunteer with Hospice Orillia, he finds deep fulfillment and is truly honoured to be able to share space with others during transformative transitions. Quentin is currently a faculty member at Georgian College where he’s constantly co-creating and learning from his students across areas such as Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He also has a passion for the UN SDGs and works in collaboration to promote and embrace those values within the College. Quentin is a life-long learner with degrees from Lakehead (Social Work) and Western (Political Science) and a post-graduate certificate from Humber (Public Relations). He has had the privilege of collaborating with inspiring people through his time helping to design the Food Security Framework for Simcoe County, delivering Social Enterprise coaching and workshops throughout Simcoe and Grey West communities, and helping Georgian College become the first and only college in Canada to attain the Ashoka Changemaker Campus designation. While Quentin strives for work-life integration as much as possible, his non-vocational appetites include spirituality, energy healing and seeking to bring intentionality to his own footprints as we all walk each other home.
