Born and raised in Oro Medonte, Nicole feels blessed to have been able to serve her hometown community in the bereavement sector. She has worked for the past 20 years at the Mundell Funeral Home as a Licensed Funeral Director, in 2017 taking on the leadership role as the chapel manager of the Mundell Funeral Home and more recently took on the General Manager role of the Mundell Funeral Home (Orillia), Cavill Funeral Home in Gravenhurst and the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge. Nicole joined Hospice Orillia, from the angle of a compassionate community member – believing there is a great need to inform and improve upon the communication of local palliative & bereavement services through NSMHPCN and is always honoured to serve and learn from a team that instills the same objectives and values. In her off time, she enjoys fitness, spending time with family and her church community, and can be found bowing in an Orillia Mixed League.
